What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the damage. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or offer a resolution based on the situation.

What is your return policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
  •  Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are available for items in their original condition. If the item you want is out of stock, we can issue store credit.

What if my item is defective?

If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
