International Shipping & Customs
- We ship worldwide, but international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
- Customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
- We are not responsible for customs delays or refusals.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- If your package is marked as "delivered" but not received, check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before reaching out to us.
- For damaged items, please provide photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Shipping Address Changes & Order Modifications
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
- If you need to update your address before shipment, contact us as soon as possible.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply.
- If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
