Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
  • If an order is placed after business hours or on a holiday, processing will begin on the next business day.
  • Pre-orders and special edition items may have extended processing times, which will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days.


Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, carrier delays, and customs processing for international shipments.


Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
  • Customers can track their packages through the carrier's website.
  • If you do not receive a tracking email within the expected processing time, please check your spam folder or contact us.


International Shipping & Customs

  •  We ship worldwide, but international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • Customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
  • We are not responsible for customs delays or refusals.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  •  If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  •  If your package is marked as "delivered" but not received, check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before reaching out to us.
  • For damaged items, please provide photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.


Shipping Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
  • If you need to update your address before shipment, contact us as soon as possible.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  •  If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply.
  •  If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

Return Policy (Short Ver.)

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Buyer covers return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  •  Refunds processed upon inspection of returned item.
  • Exchanges available for defective or damaged products.
