At Lunar Exchange, we strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility
You may return an item within 30 days of the delivery date if it meets the following criteria:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and inserts.
- The item is in resellable condition (free from damage, wear, or modifications).
- The return request is initiated within 30 days from the date you received the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Opened, used, or damaged items (unless defective or damaged during shipping).
- Clearance, sale, or final sale items.
- Digital products, such as e-gift cards.
- Customized or special-order items.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.
3. Package the Item Securely: Ensure the item is well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item and process a refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds & Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item, or the product arrived defective.
- A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply for certain returns that require additional processing.
Exchanges & Replacements
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days after approval:
- Check your bank account and credit card statement.
- Contact your payment provider as processing times may vary.
